Afghan refugees have been living in Delhi for more than 70 years now and colonies in Jangpura and Lajpat Nagar have been a cultural hub which we will be exploring in this walk where Afghani food will the focus. Discussing UNHCR’s policies and how Afghans make a living in New Delhi will also be a part of this walk. Come with an open and inquisitive mind and most importantly to gorge on the delicious variety of authentic Afghani food offerings from street food to main course to delectable desserts.
